Sana’a – On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, Prof. Dr. Bilal Al-Fahidi, Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at the University of Science and Technology (UST), convened an expanded meeting with heads of academic departments, academic program coordinators, the quality assurance officer, and the administrative and financial affairs officer of the faculty.
The meeting aimed to discuss the final arrangements and preparations for conducting the summer semester final examinations, as well as to prepare for the commencement of classes for the first semester of the 1447 AH (2025–2026) academic year. Furthermore, the gathering emphasized the critical importance of job discipline and adherence to official working hours for both the academic and administrative staff, alongside reviewing the readiness of lecture halls and laboratories to receive students across various academic levels.
The Dean concluded the meeting by stressing the necessity of concerted efforts to ensure a successful and well-organized launch for the upcoming semester, contributing to the realization of quality and academic excellence within the faculty.
