Sana’a- Within the framework of practical activities for the Agile course in the Software Engineering Program—which is currently undergoing academic accreditation procedures—a practical presentation was organized for female students’ projects based on agile development methodologies. The students presented the deliverables of the first sprint for a technical project dedicated to serving the jurisprudential (Fiqh) field, in an educational experience simulating modern professional work environments.

The presentation witnessed the practical application of several Agile and Scrum practices through task management, team organization, dividing implementation phases, analyzing challenges, and continuously improving workflow. This reflects the transition of the educational process from the theoretical side to effective real-world practice, supporting the program’s directions toward enhancing applied outcomes and professional skills for students.

The presentation was attended by the Dean of the Faculty and a technical committee that evaluated the submitted works. The committee praised the outstanding level of the students, the quality of presentation and organization, and the educational experience that reflected the students’ ability to employ modern software engineering concepts within an integrated practical project.

The students also demonstrated an advanced level of understanding of agile development concepts and the ability to analyze the practices used and measure their impact on work quality and execution efficiency—a step that enhances analytical thinking, teamwork, and modern technical project management skills.

This activity comes within the directions of the Faculty and the Software Engineering Program to enhance application-based learning and practical projects, preparing students with skills and knowledge that align with labor market requirements and modern academic standards.
