Sana’a – The University of Science and Technology (UST) concluded on Thursday a specialized hands-on training program in Non-Surgical Aesthetics, held as part of the activities of the Yemeni Forum and Exhibition for Cosmetic and Surgical Dentistry. The program was organized by the College of Dentistry in collaboration with the Yemeni Society of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, under the patronage of Prof. Al-Qasim Mohammed Abbas, President of the University.

The three-day program witnessed active participation from dentists as well as dermatology and aesthetic medicine specialists. It featured a series of scientific lectures and intensive practical workshops covering the latest techniques and practices in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including Therapeutic and Cosmetic Botox and Therapeutic and Cosmetic Fillers, with a strong emphasis on scientific foundations and clinical applications in accordance with current professional standards.
The program was delivered by a distinguished panel of Yemeni consultants in dermatology and aesthetic medicine:
  • Dr. Yahya Al-Siyaghi
  • Dr. Muhannad Al-Ajili
  • Dr. Nujood Al-Baadani
  • Dr. Hanan Al-Kabsi
The trainers provided specialized scientific content and intensive practical instruction that enriched participants’ knowledge and enhanced their professional and clinical skills, receiving significant engagement and interaction from attendees throughout the program.
At the conclusion of the training program, the trainers were honored in recognition of their scientific contributions, outstanding training content, and valuable efforts in sharing expertise, transferring knowledge, and strengthening the practical competencies of participants.
The program coordinators, Dr. Hamas Al-Baadani, Dr. Asmahan Al-Raie, and Dr. Khawlah Al-Ameri, were also recognized for their exceptional efforts in planning and organizing the program, and for their pivotal role in ensuring its success and achieving its objectives.
Participants were likewise honored and awarded certificates of participation in appreciation of their commitment, engagement in the scientific and practical activities, and dedication to developing their professional skills and keeping pace with advancements in cosmetic dentistry and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
