The housing administration oversees:
- Organizing entry and exit to the residence.
- Following up on students' needs and resolving their issues.
- Receiving parents and guardians.
- Supervising periodic maintenance.
- Monitoring programs, activities, and events held in the residence.

🛏️ Room Contents
Each room is equipped with:
- Bed with foam mattress
- Study desk
- Chair and wardrobes
- Blanket
- Kitchens (each includes: refrigerator, oven, cabinets)
📝 Admission Conditions
- The student must be enrolled at the University of Science and Technology.
- Commitment to pay the rent for a full year (12 months).
- Commitment to pay the transportation fees set by the External Transport Administration.
- Bring a copy of the secondary school certificate.
- Submit a copy of the student's ID card or passport.
- Bring 6 personal photos (6×4 cm).
- Submit a copy of the university enrollment or registration voucher.
- Fill out the housing forms: (Enrollment Form, Official Sponsor Form, Sponsor Undertaking Form from Yemen).
- Bring a copy of the sponsor's ID or passport.
- Submit a copy of the housing fee voucher.
- Sign the housing regulations and rules form.
