Sana’a – The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Science and Technology (UST) – Female Students’ Branch organized an academic orientation meeting for first-level female students for the 2026/2027 academic year at Ishraq Al-Ma’afa Hall.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Munther Ishaq, Dean of the Faculty, Ms. Amal Al-Haimi, Academic Supervisor, as well as a distinguished group of department heads and members of the academic and administrative staff.
During the meeting, the Dean delivered welcoming and guidance remarks, while participants were introduced to the Faculty’s vision, the credit-hour system, student advising services, and the University’s electronic portal. The session concluded with an open discussion during which students’ questions and inquiries were addressed, and they were encouraged to maintain continuous communication with their academic advisors to support their academic success and integration into university life.
