1. Admissions and Registration Unit

Responsibilities:
  1. Direct supervision of registrars, archive specialist, and graduates affairs specialist throughout admission, registration, and graduation stages.
  2. Supervising the entry of study plans for academic programs and new courses into the system.
  3. Chairing the admissions committee for new students in accordance with university and Ministry of Higher Education policies.
  4. Monitoring the submission of reports and statistics to internal and external official bodies.
  5. Resolving student issues related to admission and registration in coordination with relevant entities.
  6. Preparing lists of enrolled students and top-performing students for each academic year.
  7. Signing copies of archival documents and clearance documents submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education for approval.
  8. Following up on the completion of students’ results.

2. Student Affairs Unit
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinating with academic departments and the College Deanship on related matters.
  2. Supervising general student activities in the college.
  3. Following up on the organization and participation in art exhibitions.
  4. Organizing honorary and motivational events for outstanding and creative students.
  5. Coordinating activities and programs for college graduates with the Alumni Club.
  6. Receiving requests from institutions and companies and nominating distinguished graduates for employment through the Alumni Club.
  7. Participating in the organization of university graduation ceremonies.

3. Financial and Administrative Affairs Unit
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervising cleanliness, general appearance, maintenance (routine and emergency), security, and safety.

  3. Coordinating transportation services for staff and students.
  4. Directing the disbursement of educational resources in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Promoting a culture of quality among faculty members, administrative staff, and students.
  2. Monitoring college performance indicators for continuous improvement.
  3. Evaluating the quality of academic programs and courses.
  4. Developing the educational process to enhance learning outcomes and competitiveness of graduates.
  5. Evaluating academic performance of faculty members and teaching assistants.
  6. Assessing the quality of university services provided by the college.
  7. Organizing workshops and training courses for program, course, and study plan development.
  8. Coordinating with the University Quality Management Department and accreditation bodies.
  9. Following up on quality-related activities in all college departments.
