The Scientific Activities and Community Service Committee is formed by a decision of the College Dean at the beginning of each academic year. The Committee is responsible for:

  • Organizing periodic lectures for faculty members.
  • Coordinating with external lecturers and institutions such as schools and courts.
  • Organizing an open scientific day to discuss graduation research projects.
  • Implementing community service activities, including awareness campaigns.
  • Organizing and coordinating field visits and scientific trips for students to courts and various institutions.

Quality and Academic Accreditation Committee

The Quality and Academic Accreditation Committee undertakes the following responsibilities:

  • Promoting and disseminating a culture of quality among faculty members, administrative staff, and students to achieve excellence in performance.
  • Monitoring college performance indicators for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluating the quality of academic programs and courses.
  • Developing the educational process to enhance student learning outcomes and competitiveness.
  • Evaluating the academic performance of faculty members and teaching assistants.
  • Assessing the quality of university services provided by the College.
  • Organizing workshops and training courses for developing programs, courses, and study plans.
  • Coordinating with the University Quality Management Department and accreditation bodies.
  • Following up on quality-related activities in the College’s academic departments.

Examinations Control Committee

The Examinations Control Committee is formed by a decision of the College Dean at the beginning of each academic year and oversees all matters related to examinations. Its responsibilities include:

  • Setting general policies for the conduct of examinations and ensuring the readiness of examination halls and subcommittees.
  • Supervising grade recording, reviewing academic records, and issuing final results.
  • Investigating cases of cheating or misconduct during examinations and issuing appropriate disciplinary decisions.
  • Receiving and reviewing student grievances related to examination results and procedures.
  • Coordinating re-marking of examination papers when necessary.
  • Managing invigilation processes and addressing technical or administrative issues during examinations.
  • Providing logistical support and guidance to students regarding examination regulations.

Graduation Projects Committee

The Graduation Projects Committee is responsible for:

  • Preparing an annual plan at the beginning of each academic year.
  • Issuing the graduation projects guide and conducting orientation seminars for students.
  • Collecting, reviewing, approving, and distributing project proposals and assigning supervisors.
  • Monitoring students’ progress and addressing academic or administrative issues.
  • Coordinating with external institutions when required.
  • Organizing and supervising preliminary and final project discussions.
  • Moderating results in coordination with academic departments and submitting final grades.
  • Organizing workshops and guidance seminars related to graduation projects.
  • Archiving graduation projects and selecting outstanding projects for the College and department libraries.

Credit Transfer (Equivalency) Committee

The Credit Transfer Committee is formed by a decision of the College Dean and is responsible for:

  • Receiving and reviewing files of students transferring internally or from other universities.
  • Completing the official credit transfer forms approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
  • Reviewing academic transcripts and course descriptions.
  • Assessing content equivalency (typically 70% or higher).
  • Determining equivalent courses and bridging courses.
  • Calculating transferable credit hours and determining the appropriate academic level for the student.
