Ibb — The University of Science and Technology – Ibb Branch concluded the Field Training Program for students of the Department of Sharia and Law with a field visit by the branch administration to the Appellate Prosecution Office in the governorate, to honor the Head of Prosecution, its deputies, and a number of members of the Public Prosecution, in appreciation of their efforts in receiving and training students during the past period.
Conclusion of the Field Training Program for Sharia and Law Students
The activities of the Field Training Program for fourth-level students in the Department of Sharia and Law at the University of Science and Technology – Ibb Branch concluded this morning, Monday, with a field visit by the branch administration to the Appellate Prosecution Office in the governorate to honor the Head of Prosecution, its deputies, and a number of members of the Public Prosecution, in appreciation of their efforts in receiving and training students during the past period.
The program was implemented under the patronage of the University of Science and Technology – Ibb Branch, represented by the Branch Director Dr. Makram Al-Jamali, and under the supervision of the Head of the Public Prosecution in the governorate, Judge Abdulrahman Mohammed Ismail Al-Nazili, and in coordination with the Department of Sharia and Law at the branch.
Partnership between the University and the Public Prosecution in Field Training
The Branch Director, Dr. Makram Al-Jamali, during the visit praised the great role played by the Public Prosecution in hosting and qualifying students in the field, affirming that the partnership between the university and the judiciary is a model of integration between the academic institution and the judicial institution, given its direct impact on preparing qualified legal cadres to serve justice and the rule of law.
For his part, the Head of the Public Prosecution in the governorate, Judge Abdulrahman Mohammed Ismail Al-Nazili, welcomed the university leadership and affirmed the Prosecution's keenness to continue cooperation with the university to enable students to learn about the practical aspects of judicial work.
He pointed out that field training represents an important tributary in building the student's legal personality and linking theoretical study with practical application.
Objectives of Field Training for Sharia and Law Students
The Head of the Department of Sharia and Law, Dr. Omar Shaddad, affirmed that the training program comes within the academic plan of the department, and aims to provide students with practical skills in the field of investigation, public prosecution, and judicial procedures.
Dr. Omar Shaddad extended his thanks to the Head of Prosecution, its deputies, and members of the Prosecution for the facilities and guidance they provided to the trainee students, and for their contribution to the success of the field training program.
