The Financial and Administrative Affairs Unit was established to support the educational process, promote workplace discipline within the college, provide operational requirements, collect revenues, control expenditures, manage and preserve assets, improve the general appearance of the facilities, and oversee the implementation of safety and security systems.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Unit
- Promoting and disseminating a culture of quality among faculty members, administrative staff, and students to achieve excellence in performance.
- Monitoring the college’s performance indicators for continuous improvement purposes.
- Evaluating the quality of academic programs and courses offered by the college.
- Developing the educational process to enhance graduate competencies and strengthen competitiveness.
- Assessing the academic performance of faculty members and teaching assistants for continuous improvement.
- Evaluating the quality of university services provided within the college.
- Organizing workshops and training programs aimed at developing academic programs, courses, and study plans.
- Maintaining effective communication with the University Quality Administration, which coordinates with accreditation and quality assurance bodies and relevant organizations.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Unit
