Sana’a — The Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Science and Technology (UST) held an expanded meeting today, bringing together its academic and administrative staff under the chairmanship of the new Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Abdullah Al-Jamli, as part of efforts to enhance institutional integration and discuss early preparations for the upcoming 1448 AH academic year.
The meeting addressed a number of academic and administrative issues, foremost among them being the preparation plans for the upcoming academic year to ensure the enhancement of educational quality and the elevation of academic and administrative performance efficiency.
The gathering witnessed positive interaction from the faculty’s affiliates, who extended their congratulations to the new Dean on his appointment, affirming their full support for his efforts in developing the faculty and enhancing its scientific outputs.
For his part, Dr. Abdullah Al-Jamli expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the university leadership for granting him the trust to assume the deanship of the faculty, affirming his keenness to dedicate all efforts to advancing the faculty’s performance and achieving its academic aspirations.
Al-Jamli also expressed his deep thanks and appreciation for the outstanding efforts exerted by the former Dean, Prof. Dr. Doaa Anwar Ibrahim Al-Mumen, during her tenure leading the faculty which extended for more than ten years, praising her contributions to establishing the foundations of academic work in the faculty. In the same context, he valued the efforts of all members of the academic and administrative staff and their pivotal role in making the educational process a success.
This meeting comes within the framework of the faculty leadership’s commitment to fostering a team spirit and institutional working methodology, contributing to further development and the elevation of academic and administrative performance levels.
