Sana’a – As part of its commitment to strengthening academic development and keeping pace with the latest scientific advancements, the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Science and Technology (UST) organized today a specialized scientific lecture delivered by visiting international lecturer Dr. Nebras Al‑Dahash from the sister country of Libya, targeting fourth‑ and fifth‑year students as well as internship (externship) students.
The lecture focused on the latest techniques for managing complex endodontic cases, during which Dr. Al‑Dahash presented his academic and clinical expertise and discussed modern methods and advanced technologies used in this field—contributing to enhancing students’ competencies and refining their clinical skills in accordance with international standards.
At the conclusion of the event, Prof. Al‑Qasim Abbas, President of the University, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the lecturer for the distinguished scientific content he presented, affirming the university’s commitment to hosting international expertise and strengthening academic collaboration.
Prof. Abbas also honored Dr. Nebras Al‑Dahash with the University Shield in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Olfat Al‑Bahri, in recognition of his valuable scientific contributions.
This lecture comes as part of a series of academic events organized by the university on the sidelines of the International Dental Conference and Exhibition (IDEC), which commenced today in Sana’a, with UST participating actively as an academic sponsor.
