Sana’a – As part of its commitment to keeping pace with global developments in design and digital production, the Graphics and Multimedia Department at the Faculty of Computers and Information Technology organized a hybrid scientific seminar today titled “The Future of Animation Between Artificial Intelligence and Human Creativity.” The event brought together academics, specialists, and students both in person and online.
The seminar opened in the presence of the Faculty leadership, the Department Chair, and a number of academic and training staff members. Participants explored the latest technologies and emerging trends in the animation industry, as well as the role of artificial intelligence tools in accelerating production processes and enhancing designers’ visual skills.
The event aimed to broaden students’ horizons and provide them with direct knowledge and practical insights into integrating technical and artistic skills with modern software solutions, helping prepare qualified graduates capable of meeting the demands of the local and regional labor markets.
The seminar featured visual presentations and interactive discussion sessions with international experts joining online, enriching the participants’ learning experience. Students also made notable contributions by discussing the challenges facing the animation industry and exploring available innovative solutions.
The event forms part of a series of scientific activities and seminars regularly organized by the Faculty of Computers and Information Technology to connect academic learning with ongoing technological developments and respond to the needs of emerging specializations.
