| Dr. Abdullatif Ghallab obtained his PhD in Computer Science – Artificial Intelligence from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia, at the end of 2010. He published over 27 scientific papers, including 12 papers in prestigious journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus. More than 37 master’s and doctoral students completed their theses and research projects under his supervision, and he participated in the evaluation of more than 73 theses and/or research proposals. He has over 26 years of academic experience in Arab and Malaysian universities, practicing in various positions including teaching, research, administration, chairing, and membership of many academic committees, supervising, and working on research projects. He also has long experience as a department head, program officer, program coordinator, committee member, and committee head, especially committees for the development, coordination, evaluation, and description of academic programs and courses at various levels (diploma, bachelor’s, master’s, doctorate). He has contributed to numerous computing assignments, committees, and societies to develop curricula according to ABET and AACSB accreditations. |
