Sana’a – As part of its efforts to enhance the capabilities of academic and administrative staff and improve institutional efficiency, the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance at the University of Science and Technology organized a training course for new coordinators on designing class schedules using the ASC-TimeTable program.

The course aimed to familiarize participants with the program’s functionalities and equip them with the skills needed to efficiently manage and organize academic schedules, thereby improving academic planning processes and facilitating the preparation and monitoring of timetables.

The training was delivered by Associate Professor Ahmed Mohammed Dubais, who presented the program’s key features and operational mechanisms. The course also included practical exercises that enabled participants to explore the various functions and capabilities the software offers for preparing and managing academic schedules.

This course is part of a series of training programs implemented by the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance to strengthen institutional performance and develop staff competencies in line with quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.
