Sana’a – Prof. Noaman Al-Najjar, Vice President of the University of Science and Technology (UST) in Sana’a, along with the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Adnan Al-Mutawakel, inaugurated the discussions of graduation projects for female students of the Architectural Engineering Department, in an academic atmosphere reflecting a high level of organization and attention to educational outcomes.
During the inauguration at the Female Students Branch, the Vice President and the Dean reviewed a number of submitted projects, praising the students’ creativity and excellence in their design concepts, as well as the advanced academic level demonstrated through a synthesis of modern approaches and sensitivity to local environmental needs.
The students presented their projects before a specialized academic committee comprising Prof. Ali Al-Qawzi, Head of the Architectural Engineering Department, Dr. Bilal Al-Dhabhani, Dr. Munif Shams Al-Din, and Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Dailami. The projects were thoroughly discussed and evaluated based on rigorous scientific and professional criteria, reflecting the substantial efforts made by the students throughout the preparation period.
The discussions were also attended by the project supervision committee, chaired by Prof. Mohammed Salam Al-Madhhaji and Engineer Aya Hamid Al-Ashbat, who closely guided the development stages of the projects and contributed to enhancing the students’ academic and practical competencies.
At the conclusion of the event, the Vice President reaffirmed the university leadership’s commitment to supporting student creativity and advancing the quality of educational outcomes, contributing to the preparation of qualified engineering professionals capable of meeting labor market demands and supporting sustainable development.
