3. PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

2008-Now	Director of Solar energy centre, UST, Yemen.
2011-2013	Head of the Electronics Engineering Departments, UST, Yemen.
2006-Now	Director of Electronics design and solar renewable energy centre.
1997-2006	Vice director solar energy centre, UST.
Present	25 years lecturer in University of Science and Technology.
Present	20 year trainer in solar energy centre in systems in UST.
Present	8 years trainers in electronics and electrical courses in UST.
Last 3 Years	Head of arbitration committee for inventor and creator in UST.

4. EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

4.1 Major Training Projects:

• Ministry of Water and Environment – (HRDC) & GIZ, 24 agriculture engineers (2019).
• Etmam company & UNOPS- Preparing and implementing six scientific workshops.
• Etmam company & UNOPS- Implementation of 14 training visits (Sana’a – Aden – Abyan).
• SMEPS Funded by USAID and UNDP, 84 agriculture engineers (2017-2018).
• GIZ, 40 trainees (engineers and youth with school dropouts) (2015-2016).
• Global Communities Organization, 60 trainees of youth (2014-2016).

4.2 Technical Expertise:

• More than 24 years experience in PV solar System design and installing (60+ projects).
• Experience in syllabus preparation in both Arabic & English language.
• Consultant and technical supervisor in UST for different electrical and electronic systems.
• Head of developing courses committee of 8 different courses in solar systems.
• Developed new training course in on grid system (2022) and VFD inverter (2020-2022).

5. SUPERVISION & EXAMINER

1) Supervisor for two master projects in solar grid inverter.
2) Second supervisor for Ph.D thesis in solar grid inverter.
3) External examiner for two master exams in (renewable energy).
4) Supervisor and trainer for 4 practical courses for UNICEF and GIZ (2021).

• 11 Research papers in international and local scientific conference and Journals in PV solar system.
• Build the guidelines of inventor and creator for secondary schools for ministry of education.
• Maximum Power Point Tracking of PV System Using ANFIS Prediction and Fuzzy Logic Tracking (Ph.D Research).
