University of Science and Technology (UST) Alumni Club
The Alumni Club aims to strengthen continuous communication between the university’s graduates and current students, build a professional network that promotes the exchange of expertise, support professional development, and connect graduates with the labor market at both local and regional levels.

- Enhancing institutional belonging and engagement with the University of Science and Technology (UST).
Students of the Architecture Program become eligible to enroll in the Field Training Program after successfully completing more than 70% of the credit hours required in the academic study plan. The program provides training opportunities in construction companies, engineering consultancy offices, and engineering implementation institutions related to the profession.
The program aims to strengthen the integration between theoretical knowledge and practical application by enabling students to gain direct hands-on experience in architectural design for various engineering projects, on-site supervision of architectural construction works, preparation of shop drawings and construction drawings, restoration and rehabilitation of heritage or damaged buildings, and occupational safety practices at construction sites.
The academic staff of the Architecture Department are responsible for coordinating and communicating with companies and engineering offices to secure appropriate training opportunities, organize student placement procedures, and monitor students’ performance throughout the training period. At the conclusion of the program, the host organization is consulted to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the student’s performance and to assess the extent to which the intended learning outcomes and professional competencies have been achieved.
