Sana’a – As part of its ongoing efforts to support female high school graduates and assist them in making informed academic decisions, the University of Science and Technology (UST), represented by the Marketing and Public Relations Department in collaboration with the Scientific Club, organized a training workshop entitled “How to Choose Your University Major.” The workshop targeted female high school graduates preparing to embark on their higher education journey.
The workshop highlighted the importance of identifying personal interests, aptitudes, and abilities, while exploring practical approaches to selecting a university major that aligns with students’ aspirations and the evolving demands of the labor market. The program aimed to help participants establish a successful academic and professional pathway.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Lina Al-Absi, who presented a range of practical guidelines and criteria to support students in choosing the most suitable academic specialization.
