The Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Department held a public defense of a Master’s thesis in Business Administration on Thursday, 14 Rabiʿ al-Awwal 1448 AH, corresponding to August 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The thesis was presented by researcher Al-Ezz bin Abdul Salam Hazza’a Hadi Abu Fara’a under the title, “The Impact of Digital Transformation on Enhancing Financial Inclusion: A Field Study of Yemeni Banks Operating in the Capital City of Sana’a.”
The thesis defense committee comprised Prof. Dr. Abdul Aziz Mohammed Ahmed Al-Makhlafi, Associate Professor of Business Administration at Sana’a University, who served as External Examiner and Chair; Prof. Dr. Bassam Ali Ahmed Muslim, Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology, who served as Internal Examiner and Committee Member; and Dr. Mustafa Murshid Al-Zuhairi, Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology and the researcher’s academic supervisor, who served as Committee Member.
The defense was attended by a number of faculty members, postgraduate students, researchers, academics, interested members of the public, as well as the researcher’s relatives and colleagues.
During the defense, the committee listened to a concise presentation by the researcher outlining the thesis, its objectives and significance, and the key findings reached through the study. The committee commended the quality of the research and praised the researcher’s academic and research capabilities, highlighting the value of the study and the effort invested in its preparation.
