Sana’a – The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research organized, on Sunday, September 6, 2026 (24 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1448 AH), at 11:00 a.m. in the Seminar Hall, College of Medicine Building, the public defense of a Master’s thesis in Business Administration presented by researcher Mujahid Hamoud Ahmed Ghalib, entitled:
“Digital Transformation and Its Impact on Human Resource Performance: A Field Study of Food Manufacturing Companies within the Hayel Saeed Anam Group.”
The examination committee consisted of:
- Prof. Abdulrahman Ahmed Mohammed Manea, Associate Professor of Business Administration, Saba University, External Examiner and Chair.
- Prof. Najeeb Mohammed Yahya Al-Bushari, Associate Professor of Business Administration, University of Science and Technology (UST), Internal Examiner and Member.
- Prof. Majed Qasem Abdu Al-Sayani, Associate Professor of Business Administration, UST, Thesis Supervisor and Member.
The defense was attended by a number of faculty members, graduate students, researchers, interested participants, as well as the researcher’s relatives and colleagues. During the session, the researcher delivered a concise presentation outlining the thesis, its objectives, significance, and key findings.
The examination committee listened to the presentation and praised the quality of the thesis, commending the researcher’s academic and research capabilities. The committee further highlighted the importance of the study in examining the role of digital transformation in enhancing human resource performance within the food manufacturing sector.
