Sana’a – The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research organized, on Sunday, September 6, 2026 (24 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1448 AH), at 9:00 a.m. in the Seminar Hall, College of Medicine Building, the public defense of a Master’s thesis in Business Administration presented by researcher Safaa Mohammed Mohammed Anam Saeed, entitled:
“The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Achieving Sustainable Competitive Advantage: A Field Study in Private Hospitals in Taiz Governorate.”
The examination committee consisted of:
- Prof. Abdu Ahmed Ali Al-Ameri, Professor of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology (UST), Internal Examiner and Chair.
- Prof. Jabr Abdulqawi Ismail Al-Sunbani, Associate Professor of Business Administration at Emirates International University, External Examiner and Member.
- Prof. Majed Qasem Abdu Al-Sayani, Associate Professor of Business Administration at UST, Thesis Supervisor and Member.
The defense was attended by a number of faculty members, graduate students, researchers, interested participants, as well as the researcher’s relatives and colleagues. During the session, the researcher delivered a concise presentation outlining the thesis, its objectives, significance, and key findings.
The examination committee listened to the presentation and commended the quality of the thesis, praising the researcher’s academic and research capabilities and highlighting the study’s contribution to understanding the role of transformational leadership in enhancing sustainable competitive advantage within the healthcare sector.
