Taiz-Al Hawban – Under the generous patronage of Prof. Muath Abdul-Salam, Director of the University of Science and Technology (UST) Taiz Branch, and Rashad Qahtan, Head of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology and Professor of Programming and Development, the graduation project defense sessions for department students commenced on Saturday, 22 February 2025, and will continue through Thursday, 27 February 2025.
The defense committee comprises a distinguished group of academic specialists, including:
- Dr. Walid Al-Sharjabi, Professor of Artificial Intelligence.
- Dr. Majed Al-Alimi, Professor of Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, and Design.
- Dr. Dhuwaizen Al-Jaradi, Professor of Cybersecurity and Networks.
During these sessions, thirteen graduation projects will be presented and evaluated by the committee according to established academic and practical criteria. These discussions reflect the university’s commitment to supporting innovative projects and encouraging students to develop technological solutions that address labor market needs and contribute to technological advancement.
