Taiz-Al Hawban – The Council of the University of Science and Technology (UST) Taiz Branch held its regular meeting on Sunday, 18 Muharram 1447 AH, corresponding to 13 July 2025, under the chairmanship of Prof. Muath Abdul-Salam, Director of the Branch, and attended by all council members.
The meeting was dedicated to discussing a number of topics listed on the agenda and reviewing achievement reports covering the first two weeks of the current academic year 1447 AH / 2025-2026.
The Council also reviewed admission and registration statistics and discussed mechanisms for increasing student enrollment. A number of measures and practical steps were approved to support this objective and enhance enrollment rates across the branch’s academic programs.
The meeting reaffirmed the branch’s commitment to continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance and to implementing initiatives that contribute to achieving its educational goals and serving students effectively.
