Degree in electrical engineering Spec. for Computer Engineering from the Military Technical College, Ca iro, Egypt, in 2007, the M. Sc. Degree in electrical engineering Spec. for Computer Engineering from the Military Technica l College , Cairo, Egypt, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering Spec. for Communication Engineering from the Military Technical College, Cairo, Egypt in 2013. Since 2013, he has been with the Computer Science Department at the University of Science and Technology, Sana`a, Yemen. He was the head of the computer science department from 2015 to 2021. Now he has been a dean of the faculty of Computing and IT since 2021 at USTY. In addition, he has been a Documentation and Publishing Officer at the Yemeni Organization for Science and Technology Research (YOSTR) since 2022. He got an associate professor degree in communication engineering in Jan 2020. He got a professor’s degree in communication engineering and networking in Dec 2024. He participated as a chairman, member, and internal and external reviewer in the design, development, and review of many PSDs of academic programs in undergraduate and graduate studies in computing and engineering. He designed, developed, and reviewed many course specifications for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral courses in engineering and computing. He also designed and reviewed many electronic courses in the Deanship of E-Learning. He published more than 36 scientific papers in scientific international journals and conferences. His research interests, activities, and the ability to conduct independent research, lead research projects team, and supervise undergraduate/ postgraduate students in the areas related to computer science, Data Science, Networking, wireless communications, wireless networks, 4G, 5G, 6G, cloud computing, IoT, Cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, equalization for interference cancellation, spread-spectrum techniques, and digital communications. He serves as a reviewer of many Web of Science and Scopus scientific journals listed in several publishers such as Springer, Hindawi, Wiley, IEEE, Elsevier, …etc. He serves as a General Chair of IEEE conferences such as ITSS-IoE2021, ITSS-IoE2022, ICETI2024, and MTICTI-2021.
