Sana’a – As part of the active student participation in the Second Oral Health Scientific Day organized by the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Science and Technology (UST), one of the senior dental students presented a comprehensive seminar focused on advanced periodontology (gum diseases).

The presentation covered key topics including the pathogenesis of periodontal diseases, modern diagnostic tools, and evidence-based non-surgical and surgical treatment approaches practiced within the university’s dental clinics.
