    Academic Development and Governance

    1. Developed several Family Constitutions as part of broader Family Governance frameworks (2021–present).
    2. Developed the Program Specification Document (PSD) for the Business Administration Program, UST.
    3. Recruited lecturers for academic programs, engaged alumni and industry professionals, and fostered collaboration with other departments at UST.
    4. Coordinated industrial training placements for graduate students, liaised with companies, and evaluated final reports as Coordinator of the Industrial Training Program (UUM–UST, 2010–2014).
