نبذة تعريفية عن البرنامج:
تأسس برنامج دكتور الصيدلة في جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا عام 2016م، ليُشكل أحد الركائز الأساسية في كلية الصيدلة، مُلبّياً الحاجة المتزايدة لتطوير التعليم الصيدلاني السريري في الجمهورية اليمنية ، ومواكباً للتطورات العالمية في مجال الرعاية الصحية والصيدلة الإكلينيكية.
يُعنى البرنامج بتأهيل كوادر صيدلانية متميزة، قادرة على تقديم الرعاية الصيدلانية المتكاملة في مختلف القطاعات الصحية، وذلك من خلال الجمع بين العلوم الصيدلانية الأساسية والتدريب السريري المتقدم، ضمن بيئة تعليمية حديثة ومحفّزة.
يعدُّ برنامج دكتور صيدلة ركيزةً أساسيةً للرعاية الصحية الحديثة، يهدف إلى تحسين مخرجات العلاج وجودة حياة المرضى من خلال الاستخدام الأمثل والأآمن للأدوية. انطلاقاً من هذه الرؤية، أُنشئ برنامج برنامج دكتور صيدلة بجامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا عام 2016م، ليسدَّ فجوةً تعليميةً وطنيةً ملحوظة، ويواكب التطورات العالمية المتسارعة في هذا المجال الحيوي.
يُعنى البرنامج بإعداد وتأهيل صيادلة سريريين متخصصين على أعلى مستوى من الكفاءة، قادرين على تقديم رعاية صيدلانية شاملة ومتكاملة في مختلف القطاعات الصحية. ويسعى إلى تحقيق ذلك من خلال دمج المعرفة النظرية المتعمقة في علوم الأدوية والعلاج الدوائي مع التدريب السريري التطبيقي المكثف، في إطار منهجية قائمة على البراهين (Evidence-Based) ومبادئ الممارسة المهنية الأخلاقية. وقد تخرجت العديد من الدفع من هذا البرنامج.
إعداد صيدلي سريري قادر على خدمة المجتمع ، وتقديم رعاية تتمحور حول المريض والمشاركة بفعالية في مجالات الصيدلة الأخرى من خلال التعليم المتقدم والتدريب السريري والابحاث المشتركة
- اكساب الطلبة مهارات و معارف في عدة مجالات اكاديمية منها الصيدلانية على وجه الخصوص.
- الاسهام في دعم جهود البحوث العلمية والعملية في مختلف المجالات.
- ربط المخرجات التعليمية بمتطلبات سوق العمل من خلال توفير فرص عمل للخريجين في مجال الصيدلة.
- توفير البنية التحتية اللازمة لدعم العملية التعليمية و الخدمات والأنشطة الطلابية.
- توفير فرص التعليم غير المختلط للطلاب والطالبات.
- العمل على تفعيل الشراكات و تطوير العلاقات مع الجامعات و مؤسسات البحث العلمي محلياً واقليمياً و دولياً.
- توفير رعاية صحية ذات جودة عالية للمرضى و القدرة على العمل مع الجهات العاملة في مجال الرعاية الصحية لتلبية احتياجات المرضى.

للتخرج والحصول على درجة دكتور الصيدلة، يجب على الطالب استيفاء المتطلبات التالية:
- إنجاز الساعات المعتمدة: إكمال العدد الكامل للساعات المعتمدة المحدد في الخطة الدراسية للبرنامج.
- اجتياز جميع المقررات بنجاح.
- إتمام ساعات التدريب السريري بنجاح (1440) ساعة تدريبية.
- العلوم الطبية الحيوية والسريرية الأساسية.
- علوم الأدوية الأساسية والتطبيقية.
- العلوم الصيدلانية والتقنية.
- العلوم السريرية والممارسة الصيدلانية (جوهر البرنامج) .
- العلوم السلوكية والاجتماعية والإدارية.
- مهارات البحث العلمي والتفكير النقدي.
- العمل في المستشفيات الحكومية و الخاصة كجزء من الفريق الطبي.
- العمل في صيدليات المجتمع حكومية أو خاصة
- العمل في صيدلية المستشفيات
- العمل كمندوبين او مشرفين علميين في شركات الأدوية
- العمل في مراكز الأبحاث والرقابة الدوائية.
- العمل الأكاديمي كأعضاء هيئة تدريس في الجامعات. العمل في مصانع الأدوية.
