Sana’a – The Student Activities Department at the Student Affairs Administration of the University of Science and Technology (UST), in collaboration with the University Student Forum, organized an honoring ceremony for the creative talents and winners of the 14th edition of the Grand Creativity Competition. The event was held in an atmosphere filled with innovation and appreciation for the participating students’ talents from various disciplines and faculties.

In his address at the ceremony, Prof. Nouman Al-Najjar, Vice President of the University, expressed his pride in the students’ talents and creative achievements showcased across the different fields of the competition. He affirmed that the university places great emphasis on developing students’ abilities and encouraging them to engage in extracurricular activities, considering them an essential part of the educational process that fosters self-confidence and builds a well-rounded student personality.
Prof. Al-Najjar highlighted that the Creativity Competition provides an important platform for discovering talents and promoting positive competition. He commended the efforts of the organizers and praised the role of the Student Affairs Administration in enriching student activities.
Mr. Salah Al-Aghbari, Director of Student Affairs, also delivered a speech expressing his happiness with the continued success of the competition for the 14th consecutive year. He noted that the competition serves as a vital platform for refining students’ talents and showcasing their abilities in various fields. Al-Aghbari extended his gratitude to the university leadership for supporting the competition and thanked all those who contributed to its success, including judging panels, organizers, and participants.
The ceremony featured artistic and creative performances, and concluded with honoring the winners of the top positions in the different competition categories, as well as recognizing the judging committees.
