EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
• Member of the scientific committee of exhibition & conference for Solar Power, which has been held in Sana’a University in July 2019.
• Trainer in solar PV systems ( solar installation, maintenance –solar system, and design-solar pump systems ). Some beneficiaries are as the following:
o Ministry of Water and Environment – Human Resources Development Center for Water Sector (HRDC) & GIZ, 24 agriculture engineers, implementation period (2nd -14th March, 2019).
o Etmam company & UNOPS-Preparing and implementing six scientific workshops in the field of the quality of solar systems in Sana’a and Aden for companies and financing banks.
o Etmam company & UNOPS Implementation of 14 training visits in Sana’a – Aden – Abyan.
o Ministry of Water and Environment – Human Resources Development Center for Water Sector (HRDC) & International Organization for Migration (IOM), 20 agriculture engineers, implementation period (29th Dec. 2018 – 10th Jan, 2019).
o Small & Micro Enterprise Promotion Service SMEPS Funded by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and United Nations Development program (UNDP), 44 agriculture engineers (2 groups), implementation period (28th, July – 13th Aug, 2018).

• More than 24 years experience in different PV solar System design and installing( More than 60 small and medium project in standalone, pumping, intelligent solar system and grid tie system )
• Experience in syllabus preparation in both Arabic & English language.
• Four training courses for engineers of ministry of communication, ministry of electricity and Yemen mobile company in design and installations of PV solar systems.
• Build the guidelines of inventor and creator for in secondary schools for ministry of education.
• Consultant and technical supervisor in University of Science and Technology in PV solar systems and different electrical and electronic systems.
• Consultant and technical study for many PV solar projects CARE and GIZ organization
• Trainer in many Solar Training Courses such as PV System Design for Small and Moderate Applications, PV Systems Design and Maintenance, Solar Pumps Design and Installation, …. (for university students, orgnizations such as Global Communities and GIZ, UNICEF and companies such as Yemen mobile and TechnoGate …) (More than 12 courses).
• Head of developing courses committee of 8 different courses in solar systems .
• Developed and Supervised 8 practical course with Global Community Organization in solar systems.
• Developed and Supervised 2 practical course with GIZ organization in PV and batteries installation and maintenance.
• Developed and trained two training courses in solar pump design and installation and small and medium PV system design for solar energy center in UST.
• Supervisor and trainer for 2 practical course for solar companies engineers with GIZ Organization.
• Supervisor and trainer for 2 practical course for engineers and technician with UNICEF Organization and leader center 2021.
• Developed new training course in on grid system 2022.
• Developed new training course in VFD maximum power point inverter of solar pump-2020- 2022.
