Admissions and Registration UnitThe responsibilities of the Admissions and Registration Unit Officer include:
- Direct supervision of registrars, the archive officer, and the alumni affairs officer, and continuous follow‑up of their work throughout the various stages of admission, registration, and graduation.
- Supervising the entry of study plans for academic programs and new courses offered by the Faculty into the system.
- Chairing the Admissions Committee for newly admitted students within the Faculty and supervising its workflow in accordance with University and Ministry of Higher Education policies.
- Following up on registrars, alumni affairs officers, and archive staff, and supervising the submission of reports and statistics to official entities inside and outside the University.
- Resolving students’ admission and registration issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Preparing and issuing lists of enrolled students and top‑achieving students for each academic year.
- Signing certified copies of archival documents and clearance documents submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education for approval.
- Following up with the Faculty to ensure the completion of students’ results.

Student Affairs UnitThe responsibilities of the Student Affairs Unit include:
- Communication and coordination with academic departments and the Faculty Deanship on related matters.
- Supervision of general student activities within the Faculty.
- Follow‑up on the organization and participation in art exhibitions.
- Organizing honorary and motivational ceremonies for outstanding and creative students in various activities.
- Communicating with alumni and organizing activities and programs for Faculty graduates in coordination with the Alumni Club.
- Receiving requests from institutions and companies and meeting their needs by providing and nominating distinguished graduates for employment through the Alumni Club.
- Participating in the preparation of graduation ceremonies organized by the University.
